Section 24
Additional Punishment
  If an officer of a constitutional organ or body, an official nominated or appointed by the President, a special category or equivalent official of the Government of Nepal, a chief general manager of a public institution or an equivalent official commits an offense under this paragraph, he shall be sentenced to imprisonment for an additional three years in addition to the punishment for such offense. .
